Bean Relish

2 c Red kidney beans
1 Med. onion, finely chopped
.25 c Mayonnaise
Dash Dry mustard
Dash Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp White horseradish
1 clove garlic, crushed
.25 c Relish

Prepare a day ahead and chill

Blintzes

WRAPPER (blettel, crepe)

2 lg Eggs
1 c Water
.5 tsp Salt
2 tbsp Oil
1 c Water (?)

FILLING

1 lb Farmer cheese
1 Egg
1 tsp Salt
1 tsp Sugar

Sour Cream Coffee Cake

.25 lb Margarine
1 c Sugar
1.5 c Flour
1 c Sour cream
2 Eggs
1 tsp Vanilla
1 tsp Baking soda
1.5 tsp Baking powder

Bake at 350 degrees (F) for approx. 45 minutes.
